Because all sales are final, please be sure to check and double check your head size using the chart provided on our sizing page [link to page]. For any sizing questions feel free to contact us. Exchanges are offered for incorrect, damaged, or defective hats within 15 days of purchase. Please note that some hats are available in limited sizes. If a product is not available in the size desired for an exchange we will work with you to find another item or offer equivalent store credit. Exchanges must be sent via UPS to our P.O. Box located on our contact page. Return postage is reimbursed at USPS Priority Rate. Customers are responsible for the full price of return shipping to this address.
